Staff was very helpful
ATMs never seem to work and the staff is also pretty unprofessional. Wish I didn't live so far I'd much rather go to the Gause location.

Waited in line to speak to a personal banker to add my wife to an account for an hour and 15 minutes. I rate them good because they were professional and nice about the wait, but with the branch manager there, a professional finds a way to fix this problem not just keep saying sorry. By the way there was only me and one other person in line. 1 personal banker was there and the branch manager. Unfortunately, i will use any other branch but this one.
