Easy to deal with on price, showed them the price of the same vehicle at another dealership, no problem, they immediately matched it. I started working with Dustin online and through text to set everything up. When I arrived we were handed over to Ms. Frances. She is a great salesperson and she definitely gets a 5! . I enjoyed dealing with her. I did most everything online to save time. The wait to see the finance manager took a little longer than I had expected, but once we were in his office, he worked with the numbers and got things where I needed them to be. I have a happy 16 year old with his new Jeep Patriot! I'm sure I will be a repeat customer!

The service department has no conscience. My vehicle has been housed in the service department for 3.5 months and it is still NOT in my hands. I had to threaten lawsuits to get my truck back, dropped the insurance and turned in the tags to the state of Louisiana. I have been routinely ignored, failed to have calls returned, and been issued countless completion dates with no satisfaction. I’m 53 years old, and this is by far my worst consumer issue in my life!! Out of conscience I could never buy a vehicle from this dealership! Integrity is not a virtue here.
