Great place to rent a car. Staff was exceptional! Just make sure you read the fine print about the security deposit. Caught me off guard, but everything was fine and worked out great!! The check out and check in process are always a quick and smooth transaction. What made this time even greater, I ran into an agent Umair, whom helped me a year ago at the branch in the Westbank and now he's here in the Slidell branch. I knew right away that I'll be taken care of really well. Congrats to him on his promotion on being the supervisor now for this location. You guys are in great hands with Umair leading the team. I'm rooting for him to be regional manager next.
