More of an upscale decor and environment than the former Northshore location.
Great selection and service while Christmas shopping. Store well organized, clean and plenty of sales staff to assist with finding what you need as well as quick check out. Glad we stopped here.

My wife is a steady customer, or should I say was! Incompetent holier than though sales associates, especially in the Clinique section. The department manager is a wimpy little prick who ALMOST got his neck broken tonight. I will never spend another penny in this store or any Dillard store again. I have too many other options to have to put up with this BS!
Everything is overpriced, even the stuff "on sale". I can purchase the same stuff elsewhere for half the price. There are workers walking around talking to eachother, but the only person who continuously offered me any help was someone from cosmetics. The only good thing about this particular Dillard's, is the cosmetic counters. I'm sad to say that I will not return to this store.
Employees in the handbag area took 5 minutes to check my friend and me out. They were 10 feet away taking to one another. It happened twice to me. The first time, an employee left and didn't come back and I just left.
