Rachel Hendrick was Awesome. I stopped shopping at Ulta because the associates never greeted customer or guve you a discouraging look. I started going to Sephora which is 40 minutes away. Since, my mother wanted to purchase some items we gave Ulta another chance. When we walked to the cosmetics an associate with black and green hair looked at my mother and i didn't asked if we need or or anything. I was about to say "Let's leave and go to Sephora or I'll pick it up because I can use my discount with Mac.". Rachel a Clinique consultant seen us and was so helpful she made our experience very pleasant. Ulta still need to place peoole with "Customer Service" skill to improve the customer experience. If Rachel not working i will go to another store because she was GREAT

Sorry to say, my shopping for 4 items I saw on the internet was not successful. Their supplies were a bit below average quantity wise for the hair products that I like to use. I'll try again this week or buy from the internet.

Today I decided I would go to ulta in slidell to finally get my nyx white eye base I walked into the store no one welcomed me . I walked around the store for at least 45 minutes and not one person asked me if I needed help. Every time one of the workers found themselves walking towards me they would look me right in face and not say a word they would turn around and go ask someone else for some help . The people who work at this store are very rude I was highly disappointed I will never visit this store again. Once I got to the register to checkout ... the cashier didn’t even ask how I was doing or did I find everything okay she just straight up asked me “ what’s your phone number “ I gave her my number and she told me my told I inserted my card into the machine and I took it back out and told her to just cancel the transaction . I couldn’t take the disrespect . I highly suggest you people who work at this store to work on your communication skills or get out of retail because you obviously cannot do your job !
