Pizza Hut on Pontchartrain in Slidell is horrible! Our order was incorrect two times. I proceeded to get my money back and I stood waiting for 20 minutes for the cashier to figure out how to accomplish. Then the manager is called to get the job done. The manager said nothing! No, why are you getting a refund? No, let me make this right next time you come in NOTHING!! I left and ordered Papa John's at half the price with online coupon and my extra large works pizza was ready in 6 minutes. Never again PIZZA HUT!!
People act like we the customers made them work here. Key note, it's a FOOD place. Customer service is key smfh. No one made you work there, attitude isn't needed.
Food was uncooked and was cold . Money wasted ..
I just got cussed out over the phone by an employee. I never had a chance to speak. What kind of people do you hire that speak to customers like that?
Service was terrible. Had to wait forever to pick up my order and it was wrong.
