I will never buy one of there products again. Their tech support is terrible and rude. I got ripped off by one of their dealers hundreds of dollars and they don't care. The skimmers I've gotten from them don't work properly. If your in the market for a skimmer get a tunze.
Incredibly dishonest and weak customer support. Sent a broken KH Guardian, I sent it in to be fixed and they sent it back in WORSE shape and dysfunctional. I'll be pursuing a refund and waiting for the NEPTUNE version later this year. I suggest anyone reading this does the same.
