The next morning he arrived to retrieve his glasses and now they are nowhere to be found. How were they there one minute and gone the next. Since the restaurant was closing, they only person that could've taken it was a staff member. Management was no help. Regional Management was no help.
Awesome place to eat! The burgers were cooked to perfection and the staff was friendly and courteous. Definitely recommended this Red Robin. Clean restroom.
It was really good. I enjoyed my experience. This was my first visit. They staff was friendly and courteous. A little pricey for hamburger but they did offer a more reasonable burger choice. You also got bottomless fries with your burger.
My server was a little on the forgetful side, but he made up for it with a good attitude. Food was decent. Will eat here again.
Visited today from Mobile, Alabama on the way to New Orleans and our orders where messed up and sent back twice.... Both the wait staff and kitchen staff need to learn how to communicate effectively and was also disappointed a manager did not come out and speak with our table to apologize for the service we received. I will next time pass this place and go to New Orleans Hamburger Company since their service is a lot better and have friendly service that listens and communicates efficiently. Your better of going to Burger King than here since it was expensive for the service they had to offer.

My husband and I took had 1st visit to this location. The food is good but the staff is not so much.
Now my husband is out of his favorite shades that he just received for Christmas.
My husband forgot his $200 Ray Bans on the table. We called the restaurant and the hostess stated they retrieved the glasses and placed it in office for list and found.
