They are very nice. But the door jammed many times and we asked if we had to give notice before vacating. We were told No. we cleaned out the storage completely swept removed all trash from the street swept the street in front and left the door open. This was on the weekend on Monday called to tell them they need to fix the door before renting to anyone else. Was told that everything was good they noticed we moved out and had someone fix door. Call today to find out why we never received the deposit. I was told that even though you didn't have to give notice you had to sign the paper when you left. I live less than a mile away it would've been nice to have been told that's the day I called. I could've took a minute and signed the paper. I personally feel this is shady business. Might not be a lot of money to them but it was to me.
