This is the place to go if you enjoy being lied to by mechanics, having your time wasted, and not having your vehicle repaired. They do not honor AAMCO's national warranty. This is the single worst shop I have ever been to and would receive negative stars if at all possible.

Just letting everyone know Slidell location is not open on Saturday, website is wrong. We drove 2 hours for an annual checkup and the manager was nice enough to come out and do it. Thanks for coming out. They have been trying to get website hours corrected.
We were driving through the city (headed to Mississippi) and had a hiccup in our transmission. AAMCO took us in quickly, found the issue, ordered the part, and took care of the issue in a couple hours. We were back on the road in no time.
AAMCO is a wonderful friendly honest dependable and fast business. Great knowledgeable mechanics! Unbelievable how quickly they repaired my truck and this was the second time having work done! They do everything but tires, not just transmission work. Everyone there is awesome! Give them a try and u won't regret it....I promise!!!
