I give them 5 Star. My visit was a little long, over 2 1/2hrs. But that is ok. I usually don't have to wait that long. But that was fine.
Took my wife's car here for an inspection sticker last year. Instead of informing me ahead of time that the tint was to dark to pass the inspection.... This guy did the whole inspection, took my payment, and then decides to inform me of the tint and failed the inspection. That is very shady. He could have been upfront with me about the tint.
The man went out of his way to help me. My tint on my truck was to dark and not legal. He actually removed it for me with no extra charge. I was able to able to get my inspection right then thanks to him. Anywhere else would have sent me home and told me to come back when I have it removed. I would not have been able to get it.
I wanted to be a customer but the unprofessional manner on how i was treated and how i wasted my my time two weeks in a row maked me take my vehicles somewhere.
Yup.. I see why this place has all 5 stars. My cars new home.
